Philosophy & Approach
Eric believes that TMT Value Creation is an economic science. His approach combines rigorous financial analysis (Wiley, McKinsey, LRIC/LRAIC methodologies), deep sector understanding, regulatory expertise, and hands-on operational delivery. Every engagement is built to answer one strategic question: "Where is the hidden alpha, and how do we unlock it?" He bridges the gap between strategy consulting and investment banking through embedded operational execution.
